9. COMMISSIONING
9.1 CONNECTING THE BATTERY PLUG
1. Open the top cover of the hydraulic system (Pic-
ture 19):
4. Rotate the connector to the correct position (Picture 22):
2. Open the bottom battery cover (Picture 20):
5. Insert the connector fully (Picture 23):
3. Hold the connector on the battery (Picture 21):
Warning
Do not connect the battery plug while the ignition switch is on.
There is a risk of damage to components!
If you connect the battery plug while the ignition switch is on (energized), an electric arc will form.
This may cause corrosion of the contacts, which will significantly shorten their life.
Danger
If cables are damaged, there is a risk of short circuit. The battery cable must not be pinched when
closing the cover.
In the event of a loader accident, make sure to disengage the battery connectors.

9.2 INTERCONNECTING THE MACHINE WITH THE BLUETOOTH PHONE
1.
When the phone is switched on, its home screen displays (Picture 24).

Drag down from the top of the screen to see the phone settings, such as the Bluetooth icon (Picture 25).

Press and hold the Bluetooth icon for about 2 seconds until the Bluetooth menu appears on the display.
If Bluetooth is turned off, a screen will appear where you need to turn Bluetooth on (Picture 26).

Bluetooth is activated by dragging the button to the right (Picture 27):
5. When turned on, a screen will appear with information on available devices within Bluetooth range
(Picture 28):

Wait until the HC-05 device appears on the display (Picture 29):

After the HC-05 device has been displayed, connect it to Bluetooth by pressing the HC-05 title.

Then enter PIN on the keyboard that appears (Picture 30). The PIN is: 1234.

After entering the correct PIN code, the phone connects to the Elise 900 loader and the display shows the paired device
(Picture 31):
10.
After pairing the phone with the machine and turning on the Kovaco application, you can start fully using
the machine.
