6.9 SAFETY RULES FOR MAINTENANCE
The operating personnel has to perform maintenance and lubrication at intervals according to the operation hours
worked in accordance with the machine operating and maintenance instructions. Each maintenance and lubrica-
tion must be recorded in the machine warranty book issued by the operator in accordance with national regula-
tions of the country concerned.
Always use for maintenance and in any repairs of the loader the tools and equipment designed for the type
of task at hand.
Cotter pins, bolts and nuts must not be used again after disassembly, but have to be replaced with new ones.
The hydraulic circuit is protected by relief valves. Only a trained person and in the warranty period, only the war-
ranty service may readjust the relief valves.
While the boom is raised and not secured, any maintenance of the hydraulic system and any maintenance works
under it are prohibited. During maintenance and repairs, it is necessary to secure a raised boom in its position with
the safety strut that is part of it.
Any interventions during maintenance of the hydraulic transmission may only be carried out with the engine stopped, when
there is zero pressure in pipes and hoses.
After mounting an attachment, its operation needs to be checked without load.
It is not allowed to use any lubricants other than those specified in these maintenance instructions. Mixing individ-
ual lubricants is prohibited.
Contact an authorized service center to have more complex repairs carried out by them.
Danger
There is a risk of falling when working on high parts of the loader.
Warning
The maximum load capacity of the machine (900 kg) can only be used on a paved and level
surface.
Warning
A failure to observe the maximum load can result in injury of persons or damage to property.
Before carrying out any operation, check the maximum load of the work tool concerned.

6.10 SECURITY RULES FOR TRAVEL ON PUBLIC ROADS
Using public roads (outside Class I and II roads) only is permitted for moving between workplaces, or to reach
a nearby workplace via the shortest route outside rush hours.
When driving, the boom must be fully lowered to the lowest position, with the bucket tilted towards the boom to the
maximum extent possible, and with the bucket cutting edge covered with a protective cap.
6.11 LOADING, CLAMPING WHEN LOADING
For moving the loader with a crane, use a lifting device with a load capacity of at least 3.5 tons. A hemp rope or a textile
belt with a load capacity of at least 3.5 tons can be used. The attachment points are located in the front on the boom arms
and in the rear on the inside of the frame cross member, and are marked with the "HOOK" symbol.
Warning
When loading, the boom must be locked in the lower position!
