For Key Operator’s Use
When you need to call for service, turn off the power switch first, and unplug the power cord from the
outlet. Then the Key Operator should be prepared to provide the following information to your local
authorized dealer.
1. Your company name, address, telephone number, department name, floor number, machine location,
etc.
2. Model name, serial number, condition or system(s) indication(s) on the display. Etc.
