6.1.4 Replacement of the NCU Board

[NOTE] Since the board may be damaged due to static electricity, take a measure against static electricity

before replacement.

Since it is required first to remove the FAX control board for replacement of the NCU board,

refer to 6.1.3 and remove the FAX control board, taking care of the connector.

Replace the NCU board, taking care not to damage the external I/O adapter which is directly

attached to the NCU board.

Remove the FAX control board. (5 screw)

Attach a new NCU board in the reverse order of the above.
