Positioning Highly Transparent Originals
When making a copy from OHP transparencies, translucent paper, or
other highly transparent original, position the original as detailed below.

Raise the Auto Document Feeder.

Place the original face down on the
Original Glass.

Position the original on the Original
Glass so that the corner of the
original aligns with the arrow in the
upper-left corner of the Original
Scales.

Place a blank sheet of paper of the
same size over the original.

Gently lower the Auto Document
Feeder.

Specify the desired copy or fax
settings.
