This screen allows amendment to patient data selected from the examination list screen.
• Patient data selected from the examination list screen is displayed in the patient data input window.
Alternatively, allows modification to patient data currently being examined on the examination check screen.
• The patient data currently being examined on the examination check screen is displayed.

Patient Data Display
All items of the patient data either selected from the
examination list screen or from the patient data shown
to be currently under examination on the examination
check screen are displayed.
To modify the patient data, touch the input window to
the right of the desired item.
Input Panel (Touch panel)
This panel is for modification of patient data.
Display changes depending on which item is
selected from the patient data display.
• For items requiring character or numerical
input, the keyboard will be displayed. (alpha-
betical/numerical).
• For items where the selected branch is set, a
branch selection button is displayed.

Scroll Button [ ]
Used to scroll the patient data page.
The current page number is shown on the button.
In cases of patients for
whom there is input in
patient data items dis-
played in yellow (selec-
tion of data "Possibility"
or "Pregnancy" under
"pregnancy"),
an exclamation mark (!)
is displayed in the left
corner of the patient data
list and on the patient
data amendment screen.
