2.16 Measurement distance/bearing by ERBL
The given point of distance and bearing can be measured with the cursor as follows.
Measurement of distance and bearing from reference point can be performed by moving cursor to own
ship position.
[Bearing mode] can be changed directly in the lower right of the display, with trackball/joystick and ENT
key, without using menu function.
(For MDC-5500 series)

Press ERBL key and ERBL is displayed.
2 By moving CURSOR to target A, measurement of distance and bearing from target A to target B
can be obtained by using VRM knob and EBL knob.

Pressing ENT key (while pressing OFF key) returns CURSOR to the own ship position.
Therefore, it is possible to measure the distance/bearing from the own ship position.
