Setting the coolant hoses

All work on the machine may only be performed by trained personnel.
The locally applicable safety and accident prevention regulations must be
observed.
Connect compressed air only when the doors are closed.
Never cut off the compressed air while the knives are clamped.
Serious injury may result.
CAUTION
Fill the water basin (3-2/3) to 3 cm below the rim with water.
Open the protective doors.
Set the coolant hoses (6-1/1) as shown. The gap
from the rear grinding wheel (6-1/2) and the front
grinding wheel (6-1/3) should be approx. 5 cm.
The coolant hoses must not come into contact
with the grinding wheels.
ATTENTION
Observe the minimum gap between the
coolant hoses and the grinding wheels as the
grinding wheel moves forward when grind-
ing.
Connect power plugs (CEE plugs) with the on-site outlet (3x 400 V, 32 A).
Plug in the compressed air hose at the compressed
air connection (6-2/1).
Close the protective doors.
