The TC 1 was checked and controlled in the works according to strictest quality standards. Should however problems arise,
please at first examine the appliance in comparison with the following list.

9. Fault finding
• Battery was run out, with network adaptor 230 VAC/secondarily 24 VDC
during 14-16 hours charge internal storage batteries of the appliance.
• Sensor resp. measuring cable at sensors of 4 to 20 mA not connected or
defective.
Please check whether the sensor or the cable is being the caus eof the
trouble. Please change both of the parts one after the other.
• Zero point correction was carried out with sensor being under pressure
resp. force. Repeat compensation of zero point correction as described
on page xx or paragragh xx.
• Entry of measuring range was exceeded.
- Short circuit of sensor or cable
- Pressure measuring cell was mechanically overcharged (overstressed).
• Over the external stress socket the batteries of the measuring instrument
can be charged with a Klauke network adaptor (230 VAC, secondarily 24
VDC) or an external voltage of 24 VDC and max. 30 VDC stabilized).
Recommended charging time : 14-16 hours.
• The interface convertzer for the printer has not been connected.
