Causes and solution for problems

Check the seat.
Remove ash and cinders to
ensure proper ventilation.
Replace your previous
pellets with higher quality
pellets.
Check the air intake duct
and the smoke outlet.
Make sure they are empty
and clean.
Check if the chimney is
closed.
Check the ease of
movement of the door.
Check if the smoke fan is
working properly.
The fire goes out and the
heater turns off.
The hopper is empty. Fill the hopper.
Pellets cannot be added. Check the error message.
