ALARMS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Alarm Possible cause Suggested solution
The device must be
serviced. Check the entire
oven, clean it, check the
program, and so on. After maintenance, press
and hold the ON / OFF
button for about 20
seconds to stop the alarm.
Open the setting "DEE
TECHNICAL," go to P13
and double the original
value. If the value of P13
is "30," set it to "60." If the
alarm reappears, set the
value of P13 to "90." Note:
This work should only be
carried out by qualified
personnel.
Failure of the ignition. Check to see whether
pellets are in the hopper or
not, refill if no pellets are
present.
Check if the combustion
vessel is dirty or not.
Remove the dirt if
necessary, and then
replace the container.
Ignition is successful, but
the alarm keeps appearing.
Adjust 4PB, 4PB to
increase the pellet supply.
