Over-temperature protection
A temperature sensor equipped can monitor the tempera-
ture inside the hob. When an excessive temperature is moni-
tored, the hob will stop operation automatically.
Residual heat warning
When the hob has been operating for some time, there will
be some residual heat. The letter appears to warn you to
keep away from it.
Magnet monitoring
If small non-compliant or non-magnetic objects are used
on the hob, the hob switches off automatically after one
minute. The display shows

Auto shutdown
Another safety feature of the hob is auto shut down.
Whenever you forget to switch off a cooking zone, it switches
off automatically after a standard switch-off time of 2 hours.
