function
Operate switch with
no load.

Make sure the hoist stops
instantaneously when the
emergency stop button is operated
while lifting or lowering.
Check power source

Replace if defective
(electrical
equipment
included).
(3) Case cracking
Check visually.

No cracks.
Replace.
(4)Loose wiring joints
Check visually.

No loosening or missing of screws. Repair.
3. Load chain
(1) Appearance
Check visually.
･
Load chain shall be oiled.
Supply oil.
(2) Load chain
Appearance
Check visually for
greasing and twisting.
Load chain is well lubricated.
If chain is dry, apply
the specified
lubricant in the
section ‘5.2(4)’.
Load chain is not
twisted or capsized.
If chain is twisted,
untwist it and restore
it to normal chain
condition.
(3) Wear
Measure with
calipers.
