7.2 Occasionally used hoist
(1) A hoist which has been idle for a period one month or more but less than one year shall be given an
inspection conforming to the requirements of section 7.4 before it is placed in service.

7.3 Inspection record
Dated inspection reports and records should be maintained at time intervals and such records are stored
where they are available to authorized personnels.
