Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.
WARNING
Refer to page 4-12 for the procedure for ac-
cessing the power switch.
1. Unplug refrigerator or disconnect power.
2. Disconnect the wires from the power
switch terminals.
3. Set the ohmmeter to the R x 1 scale.
4. Touch the ohmmeter test leads to the fol-
lowing switch pins. The meter should in-
dicate as shown:
Switch Off: Pins 2 & 3 = open (infinite)
Pins 5 & 6 = open (infinite)
Switch On: Pins 2 & 3 = closed (0

Refer to page 4-12 for the procedure for ac-
cessing the 24 V transformer.
1. Unplug refrigerator or disconnect power.
2. Disconnect the primary and secondary
transformer connectors.
3. Set the ohmmeter to the R x 1 scale.
4. Touch the ohmmeter test leads to the fol-
lowing connectors. The meter should in-
dicate as shown:
Primary = Between 11 & 17
Ω
Secondary = Approximately 1
Ω
