5 Maintenance
■ Check and cleaning of cooling fan and
engine oil cooling fan
1. Open engine cover.
2. Check for any block of fan. In case of block,
blow with compressed air (or steam).
3. Check rubber pipe.
In case of cracks or crisp, replace it immediately
and also check hose clamp for any loosen parts.
■ Check effectiveness of parking brake
1. Check function of parking brake by using it.
2. In case of ineffectiveness, contact with your
local distributor or designated service company
for inspection.
■ Check function of brake pedal
1. Check effectiveness of brake pedal.
2. In case of ineffectiveness, contact with your
local distributor or designated service company
for inspection and adjustment.
■ Check and tightening each bolt and nut.
Walk around the vehicle and check for any
loosen and tighten it.
■ Check for electrical wiring for any
disconnection, short circuit and loosened
joint
Electrical system failure any occur and check
carefully.
■ Cleaning of batteries, wiring and silencer
In case that there’re wastes or fuel stuck on the
areas near batteries, wiring or silencer, fire may
be caused. Remove them after check.
5.3 Precaution for vehicle washing
■ Personal injury or mechanical damages and
failure may be caused by improper use of high
pressure vehicle washer; so use the washer
strictly according to its instruction book. In order
to avoid mechanical damages, adjust nozzles to
divergent status and keep distance over 2m.
In case of direct water spraying or inappropriate
close-distance spraying:
1. Fire may be caused by damages and
disconnection of electrical wiring shield.
2. Personal injury may be caused by high
pressure oil sprayed out due to damage of
hydraulic pipe.
3. Mechanical damages and failure may occur.
For instance:
1. Sealing appliqué is peeled.
2. Mechanical failure may occur due to water
entering electronic parts, gear box and safety
cable box.
3. Damages of rubber and resin parts like tyre and
oil sealing as well as glasses.
4. Coating layer and gilding surface is peeled.
■ Mechanical failure may be caused by water
sucked through air filter if washing the vehicle
with engine started. Stop the engine first and then
wash the vehicle. Prevent water from spraying on
air filter or electrical installation.
5.4 Periodic inspection and maintenance
Fueling and maintenance has direct impact on
mechanical failure and service life of the machine.
So it’s important to carry out periodic
maintenance so as to save time and reduce cost.
The time recorded in the text in day, week or
month refers to the time showed on timer. This
time shall prevail.
In addition, under adverse working environment
and condition, it’s necessary to check and
maintain earlier than the recorded time.
