Terms of Warranty
1. If your KING JIM product fails during the warranty period under normal conditions of use
according to the User's Manual, bring the product to the store where you purchased it.
KING JIM will repair your product free of charge.
Note that KING JIM, at its sole discretion, may decide to replace the failed product instead
of repairing it.
2. If your product fails during the warranty period and you want to have it repaired free of
charge, bring and present the product and this Warranty Card to the store where you
purchased the product and request a repair.
3. Repair charges will be incurred in the following cases, even during the warranty period:
(1) Failure or damage caused by improper use or due to repair or modifi cation conducted
by the customer
(2) Failure or damage caused, after the purchase, because the product has been
submerged in liquid, splashed with liquid, dropped or subjected to impact, or exposed to
salt, sand, mud, pressure, etc.
(3) Failure or damage caused by fi re, earthquake, water damage, lightning or other act of
God, pollution, abnormal voltage, etc.
(4) Failure or damage caused as a result of any application other than general household
use, such as business use involving long hours of operation
(5) When the Warranty Card is not presented
(6) The date of purchase, name of the customer and name of the store are not indicated on
the Warranty Card, or the original information on the Card has been modifi ed/changed
4. KING JIM shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for any incidental, indirect or
secondary loss arising from or in connection with the use of the product, such as the loss
of data, opportunity or profi t, as well as recovery cost or third-party claim, regardless of
whether or not the warranty is still valid.
5. This Warranty Card will not be reissued, so keep it in a safe place to prevent loss or
misplacement.
* This Warranty Card is proof of our promise that we will repair your product free of charge
during the period, and under the terms and conditions, herein specifi ed. It does not limit any
of the rights you may have under law in any way.
* When requesting a repair, bring the product and this Warranty Card to the store where you
purchased the product.
