Adjusting the grip distance

Crash caused by incorrectly set grip distance
If brake cylinders are set incorrectly or installed
wrongly, the braking power may be lost at any time.
Such damage may cause you to fall from the bicycle
and injure yourself.
Once the grip distance has been set, check the
position of the brake cylinder and adjust it as
necessary.
Never correct the brake cylinder position without
special tools. Have a specialist dealer correct it.
The brake lever grip distance can be adjusted to
ensure that it can be reached more easily. Contact
your specialist dealer if the brake handle is too far from
the handlebars or is hard to use.
