Determining the seat height
To determine the seat height safely, either push the
bicycle near to a wall, so that you can lean on the wall
to support yourself or ask another person to hold the
bicycle for you.
Climb onto the bicycle.
Place your heel on the pedal and extend your leg,
so that the pedal is at the lowest crank rotation
point.
The rider sits straight on the saddle if the seat is at
an optimum height. If this is not the case, you can
adjust the length of the seat post to your needs.
