Use the keyboard to input the numeric value of
the calibration foil thickness.
Place the 100

m calibration foil on the substrate
and measure it 5 items.
In some cases, depending on the material being
measured, a numerical value quite different from
the display example may be displayed. However,
the value will be automatically set to ZERO when
the ENT key is pressed for the next operation.
Use the keyboard to input the numeric value of
the calibration foil thickness.
