Warranty
STOVE LIMITED WARRANTY
Each new Kenyon stove is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and
service; our obligation under this warranty being limited to making good at our factory any part or parts thereof
which shall, within twelve months of date of original installation, but in no event more than twenty-four months from
date of sale to original purchaser, fail to perform the intended function and which our examination shall disclose to
our satisfaction to have been thus defective. The stove must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid
to the address indicated below. We neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for us any liability in
connection with the sale of our product. This warranty shall not apply to any product which shall have been
repaired or altered so as in our judgement to affect its stability or reliability, nor which has been subject to misuse,
negligence or accident.
This limited warranty does not extend to any consequential damages which may be suffered because of failure of
the product. Consequential damages include any loss of profit, property damage or personal injury.
