Maintenance must be carried out by authorised qualified personnel.

Check waste water connection Drainage capacity OK, adequate water level in trap M
Manually trigger overflow monitoring (optional) Float must move freely M
Check the casing Replace if damaged, and check for correct fit M
Check anti-pollution check valve Max. system pressure must remain constant for 5 min M
Clean the dirt trap (fig. 60200) Replace cover gasket if necessary M
Check tank emptying or solenoid valve of the tank
cleaning unit
Drain the container for approx. 10 seconds M
Check the quarter turn stop valve Valves close tightly and move smoothly M
Check the quarter turn stop valve actuators Retighten motors if necessary, and check positioning M
Check electrical wiring M
