Pour out the water. clean and dry the inner bowl and
inner lid. The pressure cooker is now ready for use.
SAFETY MEASURES
Never use the device without the lid.
Ensure that the steam nozzle is never sealed or cove
-
red, in order to avoid a dangerous degree of pressure
building up in the device.
Given that the steam released from the nozzle is very hot,
ensure to keep parts of the body such as the hands and
face away from the nozzle, as this can cause scalding.
If you remove the lid whilst the device is preparing food,
a huge amount of hot steam will be released.
Make sure to stand an appropriate distance from the
device and protect parts of the body, for example with
oven gloves or similar.
Hot water can build up in the lid.
To avoid scalding, never put your hands under the lid.
After usage, the bowls and lid will be very hot. Wait until
all components have cooled down before moving the
device or dismantling parts for the purpose of cleaning.
Never steam frozen meat, poultry or seafood. Before stea

ming frozen products, ensure they are fully defrosted.
