09. General mounting instructions
9.1 Mounting the linear drive u-housing
First place the mounting rail
against the minimal windows
®
frame.
Ensure that the correct distance
of 23 mm is maintained
Secure the profile with the
screws (4.8 x 16 DIN7504 Torx).
Ensure that the mounting rail is
straight and firmly mounted on
the minimal windows
®
frame.
Then push/turn the drive
u-housing into the mounting rail.
Make sure it is secured with the
barb. This will keep the drive in
place.
Then secure this with the
supplied bolts (M5x08 DIN6921).
After installation, check again
that all bolts are firmly tightened.
In addition , the u-housing can
be fixed to the building structure
by means of a corner profile and
the necessary fasteners.
These parts are
not provided nor included.
• The drive is already configured according to the ordered situation.
• The mounting rail is already provided with screwholes.
VERY IMPORTANT :
check that the belt is parallel to the wheel, both in height and width
