8. Under
Digital I/O Configuration Panel
, configure the output
channels to be tested as shown in Figure 4-6. (Actual output channels
available will vary according to your hardware.)

Note:
In Figure 4-6 and subsequent drawings of digital I/O controller
panels, the squares below invalid channels are colored black instead of
dark gray—for clarity when the manual is printed in black and white.

, click on an output
channel (channel

in this example) as shown in Figure 4-7.

, set the bits of

for bit pattern A as shown in Figure 4-7.
11. Measure the voltage between signal ground and each bit of the
output port with a DMM or DVM. Make measurements at the cabled
mating connector of your accessory.
