Connecting an STA-U
The STA-U accessory attaches to the PIO-HV through a C-1800 cable, as
shown in Figure 3-4.

Attaching I/O Connections
The diagrams in Figure 3-5 and Figure 3-6 illustrate typical connections
for PIO-HV inputs and outputs. Note that when you are switching
inductive loads such as relays or solenoids, you must return the voltage
being switched to the clamp return line (pin 19) to prevent transients from
damaging the PIO-HV.
