16.3 Troubleshooting
1. What should I do to set up the speakers to another network?
1. In the Speaker list, tap the info icon ( ) to enter Speaker info page.
2. Tap the arrow icon ( > ) on the Network row.
3.
Confirm to change the network.
4. Select a new Wi-Fi network and input the password.
5. After changing the network for the speakers, connect your mobile device to the
new network in order to control the speakers.
• Alternatively, perform a factory reset to clear the previous network settings and
all EQ and system preferences. For this purpose, press and hold the Reset button
(RE) on the back panel until the LED light above the button blinks.
