13.5 Profile
This menu allows you to view your personal details (account name and profile picture)
of your registered user account, or delete your account.
1. In the KEF Connect App, tap the Setting icon ( ) at the bottom of the Home
screen.
2.
Tap “View profile”.
3. If you want to delete your account, tap “Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen
and follow the instructions to complete the process.
The process can take up to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email
message once the process is completed.
