Browrest Assembly

This may be removed and replaced by removing 2 off M2 x 10 Pozi screws.

Ensure that the pinion wheel assembly is working before reassembly as the
pinion is part of the case half assembly and failure will require the complete
case half to be replaced.

Reassembling the Handset

Ensure that the mainframe and PCB assembly, valve and reservoir assembly,
browrest assembly and front panel assembly are all correctly fitted

The  cables  connecting  the  coil  to  the  PCB  and  the  front  panel  to  the  PCB
should now be laid flat so that they do not cross each other – retain them in
place with a piece of insulating tape.

Refit the 2 rubber sections in the top and bottom of the case half

Ensure  that  no  cables  or  tubes  would  prevent  the  2  case  halves  coming
together  by  covering  any  of  the  contact  points  including  the  bosses  for  the
screws which join the case halves together.

The result should closely resemble the image below.
