6.2 Status and error indication in
KeStudio DriveManager
Click the "Device status" button in the header for the DM5 to open the "Device status"
window.

Use the "Error history…" button to retrieve information about the last 20 errors that have
occurred.

If an error occurs, a "pop-up" window appears immediately with more detailed informa-
tion about the actual error.
Note:
If there are error messages that require additional
support from service, additional system information
can be displayed using the (>>) button.
