DESCRIPTION

Keating MIRACLEAN® Gas Griddles with electronic
ignition are designed to give maximum production ef-
fi ciency, delivering high quality food products. The fol-
lowing design features are incorporated into Keating
MIRACLEAN® Gas Griddles with electronic ignition.

The Keating MIRACLEAN® Griddle is designed to
provide maximum performance with many benefi ts to
the operator. The mirror surface of the MIRACLEAN®
is achieved in a special eight step process in which
industrial grade hard trivalent chromium is applied to
a 19mm thick steel plate. High input burners rated at
10,080 KCAL for Group 2 gases are mounted every
305mm to ensure performance and recovery and
allows the operator to use zone cooking for different
products.

The Keating MIRACLEAN® Griddle consists of a
griddle plate having a drain trough and perimeter
installed in a cabinet equipped with gas burners, an
automatic temperature control mechanism and 100%
safety shut off are all arranged and designed for the
proper cooking of food on a griddle surface.

The mirror smooth surface of the MIRACLEAN® pre-
vents food particles from being trapped on the plate
and later cooking out to other foods thus affecting
taste. With the Miraclean® there is no need worrying
about this morning’s pancakes tasting like last night’s
liver and onions!

MIRACLEAN® Griddles feature zoned temperature
control to ensure temperature accuracy in cooking.
With the MIRACLEAN® surface there is no need to
overcompensate for radiated heat loss by starting
at higher temperature settings. The MIRACLEAN®
surface allows the operator to cook at lower tem-
peratures to control the degree of caramelization and
product shrinkage.

Cleaning a MIRACLEAN® surface takes just three easy
steps: scraping with the Keating Scraper, washing
with the Palmetto brush and water, and using Keating
Klenzer and a damp cloth to polish. No more griddle
bricks, grill screens or harsh chemicals are needed,
and seasoning the plate is not necessary.
