The fl ue has been designed to allow the
burners to burn properly. Any objects placed in the fl ue,
such as steak weights, egg covers, pans, rags and
utensils, will not allow the burners to burn properly
causing poor griddle performance and health hazards.
NOTE:
Never use water jet to clean equipment.
Do not hose down equipment to clean.
