Receiving mail
Receive mail
appears in the status bar.
Drag the status bar downwards
Tap "E-mail"
The E-mail screen is displayed.
Tap the "Inbox" or folder → Tap the mail
message
Viewing sent and received mail
Received email is saved in the Inbox. Sent email is saved in
the Outbox. Received or sent emails matching the Filtering
rules are saved in set folders. Email saved as draft and
email failed to send are saved in the Unsent.
In the home screen,
(E-mail)
E-mail top screen appears.
• If mail exists in the Inbox, a red sphere and number of mail
appears. After you check the new mail, red sphere turns
blue.
• If mail exists in the Unsent, a blue sphere and number of
mail appears (if mail failed to send exists, sphere is shown
in red).
Tap "Inbox"/"Outbox"/"Unsent" or a folder
Received/Sent/Unsent message list screen appears.
Tap an email
All message screen appears.
"Reply"

: Create reply mail.
"Forward": Create forward mail.
"Resend"

: Send the same message again.
"Edit copy"

: Copy and edit the mail.
"Send": Sends unsent mail

"Protect": Protects email.
"Flag": Flags email.
: Shows previous mail

Deleting mail
In the received mail/sent mail/unsent mail/
search result list screen,
M
→ "Delete"
Mark email to delete → "Delete" → "Delete"
• Tap "Select all" to select all deletable messages in the list.
• Protected massages cannot be selected.
