Device information
The device information is read via the command 0x2B (Read Device Identifica-
tion)
Information about the manufacturer, device code and device version is read
in the process. The device supplies the "Basic Device Identification". "Regular"
and "Extended Device Identification" are optional according to the Modbus
definition.
