Please read operating instructions carefully. Before
first use, clean your cream whipper according to the
instructions below.
Picture 1 Insert gasket no. K750 into the KAYSER
whipper head.
Picture 2 Fill KAYSER bottle with chilled, fresh
whipping cream. Maximum quantity is
0,5 litre (= 1 pint).
Picture 3 Screw the KAYSER head firmly on the
KAYSER bottle until you can not see the
screw thread of the bottle any more.
Do not cross-thread.
Picture 4 Insert one silver coloured creamer char-
ger containing Nitrous Oxide (N
2
O) into
the charger holder.
Picture 5 Using the charger holder only screw the
charger holder containing the charger on
the metal thread until you hear the sound
of the gas escaping into the bottle. Only
use one charger per filling.
Picture 6 Shake the cream whipper three times
vigorously.
Picture 7 To release the whipped cream, turn the
cream whipper upside down as shown in
the drawing and press the nozzle gently
sidewards.
If the whipped cream is still liquid shake the cream
whipper again shortly. Don’t shake again before
every usage because this leads to too stiff cream.
When using UHT-cream or light-cream chill it very
well and shake about ten times.
Always release the whipped cream with the cream
whipper upside down. If the nozzle is operated in the
upright position, only gas escapes. Excessive loss of
gas may make it impossible to discharge the cream
completely from the cream whipper. Before attempt-
ing to remove the head of the cream whipper always
operate the nozzle until all the whipped cream and
gas in the creamer have been discharged.
Each KAYSER cream whipper is carefully checked
at our factory before shipment. The KAYSER cream
whippers are guaranteed for one year from the date
of purchase, provided the cream whipper is used and
operated as determined. Please read the operating
and safety instructions carefully before use!
cleaninG
Before opening the cream whipper, operate the
nozzle until no more cream or gas comes out. Take
the cream whipper apart as shown in the diagram
and wash all parts with a mild detergent. Always
rinse the nozzle with warm water after use (without
detaching it from the appliance). Never boil, don’t
use aluminium corroding detergents, do not wash in
the dish-washer. Always store the clean cream
whipper open.
Repairs must never be carried out by yourself. For
replacement use only original KAYSER parts. KAYSER
chargers are made out of recyclable steel and are used
as valuable raw material in waste separation facilities.
For repairs please send in head and bottle together.
