Perform a spray test
▪ Spray test drill
▶ Use the spray air drill to check
the direction of the water jet.
The water jet must exit the
spray pipe following a straight
and steady trajectory.
▪ Test device
▶ Measure the water quantity un‐
der test conditions.
Water quantity: at least
55 ml/min
Check clip internal cooling
▶ Test the spray pipe.
The spray pipe is intact and se‐
cured to the elbow sleeve.
The spray passage is unob‐
structed.
