The seller of the boiler must inform the customer about warranty
conditions:
1. Manufacturer provides:
6-year
warranty for boiler heat exchanger integrity
2-year
warranty for other parts of the boiler
2-year
warranty for the rotational burner
Warranty does not include ceramic parts.
2. When performing rotational burner check-up after 2 years,
rotational burner warranty can be extended to
3 years
.
3.
The connection to the central heating system must ensure
the operating boiler temperature of at least 60°C.
4. The boiler must be installed by certified personnel.
5. The manufacturer must fix the boiler free of charge if the fault is
caused by the manufacturers mistake.

In order for warranty to apply:
Customer must provide documents of the purchase and singed
warranty card.
The boiler must have been installed and used according to the
user manual.
There is no visible mechanical damage.
The boiler was not repaired by a third party.
The boiler must not be damaged due to natural disaster.
7. If it is determined that the fault was a DUE to manufacturers
mistake, the repair will be completed in 21 working days from
receiving the notice.
8. If it is determined that the fault was NOT manufacturer caused,
the customer covers the relevant expense.
