The NIT visualisation function (
NIT INFO VISUALIZATION
) allows the user to decode
and visualise the content of the NIT table carried by the demodulated satellite signal. The
screen is dynamically filled with the decoded information, including: frequency, band-
width, constellation, etc., as shown in the next figure:

Performing Digital TV Measurements
The basic principle of the terrestrial measurement interface is very similar to what has
been described for the satellite.
1. Select
TV
using the main menu or by pressing the
button.

The TV measurement range opens.
2. Press
PLAN
to select a channel plan from the channel
list.
Tip
When you open the TV measurement inter-
face for the first time, you are requested to
select a channel plan.

The display shown on the left appears.
3. Press and rotate the navigation wheel or tap a channel
plan in the channel list to select a channel plan.

The selected channel plan is marked in orange.
4. Press the
TV
button or press the navigation wheel
twice.

The TV measurement interface is shown and the
selected channel plan is displayed under
PLAN
.
The terrestrial measurement interface is composed of four screens. The first screen dis-
plays the basic measurement parameters.
