INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
PREPARATION BEFORE USE
•
Remove the grill plate and pans to clean them with a soft damp cloth. Place your appliance
on an even and stable surface. Then put the grill plate on the top of the unit.

Check that the voltage marked on the product corresponds with your supply voltage. Ensure
the knob is in the “O” position before plugging the device in.
•
When using this raclette grill for the first time, there may be a smell of smoke coming from
the surface of the heating element. This is normal because of the oily protective coating in
production.
OPERATION
•
Connect the set to the power supply. Turn the knob from “MIN” to “MAX” and the indicator
light will turn on, showing that the device is working, let pre-heat the set for 5 minutes.
•
For slow cooking, put the food on the small pans and place them on the bottom plate. Place
your food directly on the grill plate for grilling.
•
When finished, turn the knob to “MIN” and unplug the device from the socket. Wait until the
appliance is completely cooled down before moving or cleaning it.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down to room temperature before cleaning.
Clean the stone plate and pans in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.
Clean the heating base using a slightly damp cloth.
Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
Never use any abrasive or chemical cleaning agents.
