WARNINGS
•
DO NOT OPERATE this set near water sources or flammable liquids.
•
DO NOT OPERATE this set on or near any hot surface. (i.e.: hot plate, electric stoves, etc).
•
Ensure that the set is placed on a stable, safe surface to prevent it from tipping over or
entering into contact with water.
•
Closed supervision is necessary when this set is used by children. Never operate this
appliance unattended.
•
Always operate this set connected to an earthed domestic 220V-240V power socket.
•
The use of an extension cord is not recommended as it may overheat and cause risk of fire.
However, if an extension cord must be used, the diameter of the cord should be at least
1.0mm2.
•
Never try to touch the hot surface of this set before it cools down.
•
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capacities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless older than 8 years and
supervised.

The surfaces are liable to get hot during use.
•
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
•
Only use this appliance for its intended use. The appliance is not suitable for commercial
use. This appliance is only suitable for household use. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
•
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8.
•
Make sure the plug is removed from the power supply socket. After the set completely cools
down, clean it with a mild or gel-like cleaner and a soft cloth.
•
PLEASE DO NOT CLEAN THE SET WHEN IT IS STILL HOT.
•
DO NOT USE hard brushes, scratchy materials and/or alcohol, petrol or any organic cleaner
for the cleaning purpose.
•
Do not immerse the main body in water.
•
Put the set in a cool place right after cleaning it.
•
To prevent the risk of electric shock, DO NOT USE the set if the power supply cord or the
plug are broken. All repair works must be made by a professional (i.e.: authorized distributor).
NEVER TRY TO REPAIR the cord or plug by yourself. Please take the damaged set to your
local authorized maintenance centre.
•
To prevent overloading and blowing fuses, ensure that no other high-power appliance is
plugged into the same socket, or another socket which is part of the same circuit.
•
DO NOT PUT the cord under the carpet, blankets. Always keep the power cable away from
walkway.
•
DO NOT TRY TO REPAIR the broken fuse by yourself, the user should take the set to the
local authorized maintenance centre to replace it.
•
This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
•
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid any hazard.
•
The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating.
•
Do not place the appliance in or near hot gas or electric stove and do not allow the appliance
