4. 4 ‘Control’ application area

4. 4. 1 Medical Device Control – SCB
In the Medical Device Control module, you can operate the integrated medical devices directly via
the touchscreen.

NOTE: More detailed information on the use of the Medical Device Control can be found in the
separate instruction manual for the KARL STORZ SCB control NEO system.
Operating medical devices
1. Tap on Home in the navigation bar.
2. Tap on Medical Device Control .

The SCB screen opens.
3. In the list of medical devices, tap on the device which you wish to operate.

An image of the medical device is shown on the touchscreen.
4. Operate the medical device on the touchscreen.

The medical device is synchronized simultaneously.

Operation directly on the medical device is also possible at any time. When operating the device
directly, the display on the touchscreen is synchronized simultaneously.
