Error code table
In case of malfunctions, the cleaning robot can emit light
signals to indicate faults. Fix the fault according to the
following table.
Then reset the cleaning robot, by pressing and
holding the on / off button and the release button si-
multaneously

Cleaning robot does not
stick to glass surface
Vacuum loss due to contaminated main
seal or suction cups.
1. Check the main seal for correct seating in
the mount on the cleaning robot. If neces-
sary, press the main seal into the mount.
2. Clean the main seal with a soft cloth. Do
not use cleaning robot on wet, oily or
greasy glass surfaces.
Cleaning robot slips
Drive wheels wet or dirty.
Main seal wet or too dirty.
Microfibre cleaning cloth too wet or too
dirty.
Microfibre cleaning cloth does not lie flat.
1. Clean and dry drive wheels.
2. Replace the main seal and check for cor-
rect seating in the mount on the cleaning
robot.
3. Replace the microfibre cleaning cloth and
ensure that it is flush with the cleaning cloth
holder.
4. Place the cleaning robot on the glass sur-
face again
Cleaning robot remains
out of reach
Fault in the cleaning robot.
1. Activate rescue mode in the Home & Gar-
den app. In manual mode, move the clean-
ing robot to within reach and remove it from
the glass surface.
Retractor does not stick
to glass surface
Vacuum loss due to contaminated suc-
tion cup.
1. Clean the suction cup with a soft cloth.
Retractor does not roll
up safety line
Safety line is knotted or twisted.
1. Remove knots and twisting of the safety
line.
Blower does not run
Fault in the cleaning robot.
1. Reset the cleaning robot reset (see note
above under
).
The charging state of the battery is too
low.
1. Place the cleaning robot in the station and
wait until charging process is complete.
The cleaning robot re-
mains in the humidifica-
tion mode
The cleaning robot is too close to the
frame of the glass surface, its range of
movement is restricted.
1. Remove the cleaning robot from the glass
surface and place it again at a greater dis-
tance from the frame, see

stationary
Microfibre cleaning cloth or drive wheels
too damp.
1. Change the microfibre cleaning cloth.
2. Dry the drive wheels.
Collision sensors and edge sensors
jammed.
1. Remove the cleaning robot from the glass
surface and loosen jammed collision sen-
sors and edge sensors.
Software update failed
Disconnection during software update.
1. Perform software update again.

Charger or charging plug not plugged in.
Make sure that the charger is properly plugged into a
working mains socket and that the charging plug is cor-
rectly inserted in the charging socket.

Ensure that the cleaning robot is placed correctly in the
cleaning robot mount.
Clean battery terminals on cleaning robot and station with
a soft, dry cloth.
Charger damaged.
Replace a damaged charger.
Reset the cleaning robot.
