If too little or no detergent is applied, the detergent
dosing pump must be checked.
1 Detergent dosing pump
Check cables for corrosion and moisture.
Check cables for tight fit.
1 Detergent dosing pump
2 Detergent hose
Check the detergent hose in the detergent dosing
pump for damages.
1 Detergent dosing pump
2 Connecting cable
Measure the AC voltage between the black wire
(negative X10/4) and the gray wire (signal X10/
12).
The AC voltage depends on the battery voltage and
changes with different detergent doses.
Indicative values:
If the battery voltage is low, the AC voltage is lower
with the saming dosing volume.
The detergent dosing pump can also be checked
while it is removed.
In this case, the dosing volume does not correspond
to the values in the specifications.
Connect the brown wire (positive, X 10/3) to the
positive terminal on the battery.
Connect the black wire (negative, X 10/4) to the
negative terminal on the battery.
Connect the gray wire (signal, X 10/12) to the pos-
itive terminal on the battery.
1 Flowmeter
2 Fresh water tank
Connect the flowmeter to the water tap.
Open the water tap slowly.
The detergent dosing pump must rotate.
Note
If the water volume is set oo low, the flowmeter will
not function properly.
At least 1 l/min must flow through the flowmeter to
make it function properly.
