7. Operation
7.1 Requirements for the operation
n
Switch on the juice dispenser
n
The juice dispenser is in factory-resetting mode
n
Error reporting is not activated
IMPORTANT
If the juice dispenser will not be used for an extended period of time, remove the
Bag-In-Box pack as described on page 24 in chapter 6.1. This will prevent the accu-
mulation of mould fungi. Subsequently, all juice pipes must also be flushed in order to remo-
ve residue of the concentrate from the inside.
Switch off the juice dispenser. Disconnect the mains power plug and leave the door open to
prevent the build-up of odours inside the dispenser.
CAUTION
Risk of falling or slipping due to leaking pipes or overflowing drip tray.
7.2 Condensation water
The condensation water from the evaporator is channelled into the condensation water evapo-
ration tray where it is heated by and the hot gas and evaporates. The condensation line is de-
signed based on Central European standards regarding normal ambient temperatures and re-
lative humidity.
IMPORTANT
If the amount of condensation water is excessive due to high relative humidity or
an increased air exchange inside the cooling area, a direct condensation water drai-
nage line must be installed.
