Charging

If the vehicle has been driven in the rain, please wipe the body
dry before charging. Please note that there shall be no residual
rainwater left at the vehicle charging socket-inlet and its
adjacent area.
Please keep the vehicle charging port dry and clean during the
charging, and take corresponding preventive measures if
necessary.
In case of a sudden change in the weather (wind, rain and
snow) during charging, check whether the charging plug is
firm and dry in time, and suspend charging if necessary.
In case of moisture near the vehicle charging port during
charging, please disconnect the charging plug from the power
supply socket end (do not touch the metal sheet of the
charging plug with your hand or other parts of your body to
avoid safety accidents in case of possible failure of the
charging system), and then disconnect the vehicle charging
port end. If necessary, please wear insulating gloves, and
contact the after-sales service for inspection and confirmation
as soon as possible.
Corresponding protective measures shall be taken during
charging to avoid children and other non-relevant personnel
from approaching the charging vehicle and charging cable as
far as possible.
It is recommended to recharge the vehicle at the ambient
temperature between 0 ℃ and 35 ℃. Charging in low or high
temperature environment is avoided (it is recommended to
recharge the vehicle at noon in winter, morning and evening
in summer).
Try to avoid charging in high temperature environment such
as direct sunlight.
Make sure that the charging cable is in a natural elongation
state during charging and not hung in the air.
