Maintenance
torque of the electric motor (the maximum uphill gradient of the
vehicle will decreases), and finally, be automatically disconnected
from the power supply for protection. at this moment, the system
will recover service after the electric door switch is reset and then
turned on.
Routine Inspection
The routine maintenance means maintenance conducted before
driving every day, and is considered as basis for periodic
maintenance.
It focuses on cleanliness of the vehicle, intactness, fixing and
lubricating conditions of vehicle parts. Except for vehicle body
cleaning and window wiping, main contents include:

Inspect whether light, instruments, wipers, horn, brake,
steering wheel and suspension are intact.
②
Hear sound produced by the electric motor and chassis, and
confirm whether it is normal.
③
The vehicle should be free from oil leakage, the lubricating
oil, brake fluid, and tire inflation pressure should keep
sufficient. if insufficient, re-inject sufficient lubricating oil
and brake fluid, and re-inflate the tire to sufficient pressure
as per requirements.
④
check if bolt, nut of each part loosed and fall out.
⑤
Eliminate the trouble occurred at that day.
Regular Maintenance
It focuses on lubricating and fixing of individual parts, and main
contents include following items, except for routine inspections:
Maintenance after every 5,000 km
①
Inspect lubricating fluid of the gearbox, and inject or replace
the lubricating fluid as per requirements.
②
Inspect tightening condition of connecting bolts and nuts for
such parts as electric motor and chassis, and in case that
they get loosened, tighten them to the specified torque.
③
Inspect whether such connections as steering mechanism,
driving mechanism and tie rod are reliable, and the ball pin
is loosened, or worn.
④
Inspect whether the vibration absorbers and its fixing pins,
rubber cushion mounts are intact, and individual
connections are reliable.
⑤
Check and adjust the free play, parking brake handle of
brake pedal.
Maintenance after every 10,000 Km
①
Conduct maintenance by considering them as maintenance
items to be maintained every 5,000km.
②
Check and adjust the toe-in of front wheel.
③
Tire rotation.
