Hot Chocolate Popcorn
Makes 8 serves
1 popcorn measuring cup corn kernels
200g dark chocolate melts
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 tbsp hot chocolate powder

Cook popcorn according to directions
in Kambrook Popcorn Maker and line
a baking tray with canola oil spray
and baking paper.

Place the chocolate melts into a heat
proof bowl and microwave at 100%
power for 1 minute. Stir until chocolate
is completely melted and smooth.

Spread popcorn evenly onto the
prepared tray and drizzle with
chocolate and then marshmallows
and hot chocolate powder. Allow
to set for 30 minutes and then break
into bite sized pieces and serve
immediately.
Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls
Makes 18 balls
1 popcorn measuring cup corn kernels
½ cup liquid glucose
½ cup caster sugar
¾ cup crunchy peanut butter
¾ cup peanuts

Cook popcorn according to directions
in Kambrook Popcorn Maker and line
a baking tray with canola oil spray
and baking paper.

In a small saucepan, combine the
glucose and caster sugar and stir
until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to
simmer for 1 minute and then add the
peanut butter and stir to combine.
3.
In a bowl, combine the popcorn,
sugar mixture and peanuts and stir to
combine. Roll the mixture into balls
and place onto the prepared tray
and into the refrigerator for 20 minutes
to set. Serve immediately or store in an
airtight container in the refrigerator.
