Circus Popcorn
Makes 6 serves
1 popcorn measuring cup corn kernels
1 tbsp honey
¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
40g butter
½ cup salted peanuts, roughly chopped

Cook popcorn according to directions
in Kambrook Popcorn Maker.

In a heat proof jug, place the honey,
peanut butter and butter and
microwave on high for 30 seconds
and stir well to combine.

Pour over the popcorn and then
sprinkle over the peanuts. Toss to
combine and serve immediately.
Trail Mix
Makes 6 serves
¼ metric cup corn kernels
85g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
100g cashew nuts, roasted
100g dates, roughly chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Cook popcorn according to directions

In a large bowl, toss together the
popcorn, chocolate, nuts, dates and
sesame seeds and serve immediately.
