Toastie Pizzas
4 slices bread
1 tablespoons tomato paste
50g salami
1 tablespoons Spanish onion, diced
1 tablespoons capsicum, diced
1 tablespoons mushrooms, chopped
½ cup mozzarella cheese
1.
Preheat the sandwich press until the
green ‘READY’ light illuminates.
2.
Spread two pieces of bread with
tomato paste and place tomato
paste side up into the sandwich press.
3.
Place the salami, onion, capsicum
and mushrooms onto the bread and
top with mozzarella cheese.
4.
Place the remaining two slices of
bread on top and cook for 4 minutes
or until golden brown.
NOTE:
All recipes suit the 2 slice
KSG620. Double the amount if
required to make 4 serves on the
4 slice KSG640.
BLAT
(bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato)
4 slices sour dough bread
4 short rashers bacon, cooked
4 lettuce leaves
½ avocado, thinly sliced
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1.
Preheat the sandwich press until the
green ‘READY’ light illuminates.
2.
Fill the sourdough slices with even
amounts of bacon, lettuce, avocado
and tomato.
3.
Place into the sandwich press and
close the lid for 4 minutes or until
golden brown.
