Pesto and Parmesan
Turkish Toastie
½ loaf Turkish bread, halved length ways
¼ cup basil pesto
100g parmesan cheese, sliced
1.
Preheat the sandwich press until the
green ‘READY’ light illuminates.
2.
Slice the Turkish bread in half and fill
with even amounts of basil pesto and
parmesan cheese.
3.
Place into the sandwich press and
close the lid for 4 minutes or until
golden brown.
Banana and Honey Ricotta
Fruit Toast
¼ cup smooth ricotta
2 tablespoons honey
4 slices café style raisin toast
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 banana, thinly sliced
1.
Preheat the sandwich press until the
green ‘READY’ light illuminates.
2.
In a bowl, add the ricotta and honey
and stir to combine.
3.
Butter the fruit toast slices evenly
and keeping the buttered sides on
the outside, fill with even amounts of
honey ricotta and banana slices.
4.
Place into the sandwich press and
close the lid for 2 minutes or until
golden brown.
